Jerusalem Saints Legacy Society
An Invitation to Join the
Jerusalem Saints Society
Imagine giving a gift in support of the Diocese of Jerusalem that lasts not for a day, or a season, or a year, but for hundreds of years. Imagine giving a gift that will keep on giving – forever. Your legacy gift will help assure that the Diocese will continue to do God's work in our Holy Land for generations to come.
What is Planned Giving?
Planned giving, also known as legacy giving, is a way to make a gift to AFEDJ through your will or estate. These are gifts that you make now, and the organization receives the income later. They cost you nothing during your lifetime. Planned giving can be quite simple and is for everyone – a gift of any size gains you membership in the Jerusalem Saints Society.
Most planned or legacy gifts are made through:
- Bequests in a Will
- Gifts of Special Assets (real estate,
stock, life insurance, retirement accounts)
Benefits of Your Legacy Gift – to the Diocese of Jerusalem and to You
Your gift also will provide a legacy for your heirs as a loving testament of your faith and your love of God and His church and people in the Holy Land.
AFEDJ will honor members of the Jerusalem Saints Society by recognizing members in AFEDJ materials (unless you wish to give anonymously). No individual bequest amounts are ever released publicly and AFEDJ honors all requests for anonymity.
