Once you have made the transfer and completed the form, please notify us of the details of your gift via email or by letter at the addresses given above so that we can properly acknowledge your donation. Transfers into our brokerage account do not include identifying information, so we won't know who the gift is from unless you tell us.
Communicate the following information at the time of transfer by email to: aklynn@afedj.org
- Donor's full name and complete address
- Name and number of securities transferred
- Date of the transfer
